The COVID-19 pandemic affected nearly everyone in a negative way—from loss to isolation to constantly being bombarded with bad news. I wanted to be a light in the darkness the best way I know how—with cute cartoons and cheesy puns. The goal of these illustrations was simply to spread some joy and make light of a not-so-light situation. I experimented with different styles throughout.
